The ARCTIC WOOL beret was developed for the correction of surfaces in the polishing cutting step. It is made with pre-washed natural lamb. This process removes the natural oils from the fibres, providing greater cutting power.

INDICATION

The ARCTIC Wooll beret is indicated for the polishing cutting step on original paints and repainted surfaces. This beret was designed for rotary and orbital roto machines, both free orbit and in forced orbit geared machines.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Make sure the beret is correctly fixed and centred to a slightly smaller support by - 0.5" of the beret size.

2. Adjust the speed of the rotary or rotary polishing machine* according to the indication of the label of the product to be used.

3. Always wear PPE's (glasses, mask, boots and ear protector)

4. After the polishing is finished, carefully remove the beret from the support.

*When used on orbital machines, use for up to 20 consecutive minutes

CLEANING: To ensure better durability, we recommend washing the beret after polishing to remove residues and abrasives. Wash only with running water, eliminating polish residues. Do not use kerosine, bleaches or chlorine-based products. Do not use a dryer or dry in the sun, leave it drying with the velcro always up. After drying, store in the product's own box.
