Absolute valeting was established in 2002.  We believe it is our attention to detail, customer service and safe techniques that are hugely responsible for the strong client base we have today.

UNDERGROUND?

Underground car parks provide a great spot to have your car valeted apart from one problem.  The problem is that these basement car parks are not well designed for drainage.  We use approximately 8-10 litres of water on a car which is very low.  we remove excess with chamois reducing left over water, the area below the car won't look much different than if the car rolled in on a winter's day.  We have regular customers with needs like this and they're surprised at how little soap and water we leave behind.

Another problem which presents itself understandably, a client may have an issue with what is being put down the drain.  Our products are bio degradable and environmentally friendly.  We use little water and the wash product we use is not particularly foamy.  most of the time our water or product won't even reach the drain, if it did, it would be safe.

LARGER VEHICLES

Will cost up to 20% more   (service valet £30.....full valet £90), These vehicles take us more time to do and use up more of our product.

SEVERE DOG HAIRS? (10 -40% increase)

Dog hair vehicles can take anything up to 3 times the amount of time to complete.  If there are a few hairs here and there because the dog has been in the car a few times then you will likely not incur an extra charge.  However, where a dog is part of the family and likes to ride in the car often, the extra charge will be between 10% and 40% extra depending on condition, size, type of valet and the end result you are seeking.

PARTICULARLY NEGLECTED?           SITE VEHICLE?       LITTLE NIPPERS?

We urge our clients to be up front with the state of their vehicle.  In the worst cases we have to decline the valet as to engage would force us to be late for other clients.

This valet would easily take us 2/3 times the usual time to gain a satisfactory result.  This particular customer was only wanting the £25 service valet.   It is our job to make dirty cars clean, however, where cars are heavily soiled the job will take us longer.
